Although dark, this picture is of a sympathy card I made when a great Aunt passed away. The embossed white paper was bought in a set of two pages at a dollar store (the other page being black). You can't see it here, but this card has great detail. On the back black part, the flower from the middle is stamped in clear ink all over. Around the second layer of black (on top of the velum layer) the black has embossed words around it saying "thinking of you - To lift your Heart". Then on the outside edge of the second black layer, the edge is embossed in clear powder, which just gives a finished look. The Ribbon really finishes off the card. I had so much trouble making this card, it's probably one of the most difficult I've ever had to make. But I am happy with how it turned out.
